GA-P35K OSX86 FAIL-REBOOT AGAIN AGAIN

Hello everyone
I have a Gigabyte notebook P35K
I try to install osx 10.9 in this notebook
I use the BOOT USB DVD OS X Mavericks V3 .pkg to create USB

I then powered on the machine, told bios to load from the USB instead of rBoot. It loads a similar menu, but I can tell that is the x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x loader and not Chimera.
So it seems like this is right, but as soon as I choose Mountain Lion USB, I see the Apple logo for a split second then my machine reboots.
I have tried to boot the installer with -v and it does seem to show all the files loading, but at the end of loading there is another reboot!
I tried with -x and same thing.
I tried -f and also -F, still reboots.
I even tried single user mode, with no success.
