High Sierra installation problem GA-X79-UP4

Hi Friends I’m trying to make a fresh 10.13.2 install. I made the installer usb, but when I boot for the installation the system stuck at Attempting system restart… Mach reboot.
Any suggestion on how to fix the problem?

You need this in config.plist

<string>dart=0 npci=0x2000 kext-dev-mode=1 rootless=0</string>

NOOOOO!!! One step up... two steps back
If I boot with: <string>dart=0 npci=0x2000 kext-dev-mode=1 rootless=0</string> the system reboots

If I add nv_Disable=1 the system sticks at Mach reboot error.

Any idea?

The CPU i7-4930K has 6 cores, so you have to put "IOCPUNumber" at 11 in info.plist of the kext VoodooTSCSync and not at 1
