Hardware: Probook 4540s.
Core i7, Intel graphics.
1366 * 768.
2 SSDs, installing to SSD in CDROM slot.
Installing from USB flash was fine.
I cleared EFI partition from old files (you were right, there were old files) and run Probool installer app again.
And got (please see attached photo):
Waiting on <dict ID="0"><key>IOProviderClass</key><string ID="1">IOResources</string><key>IOResourceMatch</key><string ID="2">boot-uuid-media</string></dict>
Stop sign after it.

May anyone help me ?

What is the CPU Model exact ?
i7 ?
Use this one attaching
Go to HD or SSD and replace DSDT.aml
Put in EFI /CLOVER /ACPI/patched

The boot issue is the Default DSDT for the 4540s is for intel HD 3000 in the next release I will ad also the
Intel HD 4000 Low DSDT.aml
If you reuse again Post installer you only have to delete DSDT.aml and rename this one on DSDT.aml
