Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4 How To Install OS X El Capitan

Hello, I do not know ' what to do ...
I can not in any way to move forward with the installation , in any way prepare the boot after a while the PC is restarted .
I also tried various Boot Flag , but without result.
Have any of you had positive experiences with this motherboard ?
I would understand you more ' experts if I have to leave it alone , or is there a solution ?
